Grayton Tree House is located on private road just off the main 
street that carries you right to the beach which is only apx. 500 
yards away.

 This is a new home built to rise into the surrounding treetops. 
The 3 story home features a large, ground floor room that serves as 
a Living/sitting TV area which includes a Full/twin bunk around the 
corner with a private adjoining bathroom.
Ground floor front porch and side deck which include an outside 
private shower, grill and chairs for your lounging enjoyment.

The second floor is the living, dining area plus a fully equipped 
kitchen with modern appliances and adjoining 1/2 bath/laundry 
combination. Just off the living area is a screened porch with swing 
to relax with your loved ones.
The third floor is the king master suite with private bath.
The home is conveniently located close to nearby shops which include 
a bicycle rental for those bike rides to the beach, shopping or out 
to have a nice lunch.

The prices listed include all taxes, cleaning fee, linen fee. Your 
initial supply of bathroom tissue, paper towels, soap is supplied. 
Please bring your own beach towels.

Sleeps 10. Apx. 1440 square feet providing you with plenty of living 
space /seperation for privacy. (There are no individual doors 
seperating the floors due to the unique design  of the home)
1st floor has Queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, plus a 
full/twin bunk.
2nd floor queen sofa.  
3rd floor King size bed
Direct TV satelite. 
Each level has a TV/DVD/CD combination
Pleasant walking/biking distance to the wonderful Grayton Beach 
public access just past the famous RED BAR / Picalo's restaurant.
No Smoking inside the home. 
This has been a No pets home, but will consider on an individual 
basis ie; monthly winter rental.
Privacy fence surrounding property.
Beach chairs can be rented, or you can bring your own.

Grayton Beach is a historic community first settled in the early 
1900's.
Grayton Beach has consistently been ranked among the most beautiful 
and pristine beaches in the United States. Paddle a canoe or kayak 
on scenic Western Lake. Brackish waters allow for fresh and saltwater
fishing.  Hikers and bicyclists can enjoy over four miles of trails.
Enjoy your stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. Walk along 
the quiet residential lanes in this unique community and get to know 
some of the "locals". The dogs are quite nice also!
You are located close to Watercolor, Seaside communities which have 
many wonderful shops and restaurants also. Seaside and Watercolor 
both have great tennis facilities that offer lessons and round robin 
play.

(250.00 security/damage deposit to hold. Full rental must be payed 
within 14 before your stay.
Rental agreement/ rental policy will be mailed or emailed along with 
combination to lock box that has keys inside.
Four night minimum stay, will consider less with 
additional cleaning fee of 120.00 (this is our cost) 

We try to keep rentals arrival/departures on Sundays, this allows for 
long weekend vacations. 

Weekly rentals only from Sunday through Sunday during peak seasons of 
Spring/Summer and Spring Break (last minute rentals for shorter stays 
can be made if house is available.)
