Rates per Month - $2800 per month (Jan,Feb, Mar)  Summer/Fall weekly rental: $500/week 

Security Deposit: refundable security deposit due with reservation:
 $500 for monthly rental.

Rates include:  Florida State and local taxes, basic cable tv; local 
telephone calls; water; trash pick up; The Villages amenity fee; 
electricity and gas.

There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee payable to The Villages 
for temperory I.D.'s.
