get and our noticably lower rates give added value to your vacation.

We are situated in a small complex called Grand Lagoon Village which 
is located on the scenic Gulf Beach Highway along the "Emerald 
Coast". With Conde-Nast Travelers magazine ranking beautiful Johnson 
Beach one of the top 5 most beautiful beaches in the world, your 
stay in our "Getaway" is sure to be a memorable one.

This is a completely new 2007 remodeled townhome with all the 
amenities needed for a memorable stay. Downstairs, we have installed 
new tile floors leading to the double French doors that open to your 
fenced-in privacy patio furnished with a charcoal BBQ grill and 
seating for 6 at the new marble-top patio set.In the den, we have a 
sofa and a love seat, both of which have double recliners and a 
TV/DVD player in the entertainment center. The kitchen has all new 
appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
Entire downstairs has new paint, including 1/2 bath. Upstairs 
bedrooms have 1 king, 2 double and 2 single beds with 2 full baths 
and new carpet and paint through-out..The garage includes new 
washer/dryer and new 50 gallon water heater to service multiple 
daily washes. NO SMOKING & NO PETS.

Located just minutes from the whitest beaches in the world, there 
are numerous attractions nearby.In a mere 5 minutes, you can visit 
world famous Pensacola Naval Air Museum, home of the "Blue Angels". 
Or you can hike along sand dunes with swaying sea oats and watch 
dolphins play along the surf on Johnson Beach, known for its sugar-
white sand. How is your swing? Try a round of golf on the Arnold 
Palmer designed Lost Key links or try fishing for snapper,trout or 
redfish.Hungry? Fine dining abounds with fresh-caught seafood taking 
center stage. Feel like partying? "Emerald Coast" nightlife is
