Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received 30 days prior
to the reservation in order to obtain a refund of the deposit. 

*All cancellations made less than thirty days of the arrival date will
forfeit the deposit and monthly rental rate.

Rent Policy: All monies must be paid in full 30 days prior to the
arrival date.
