the finest bathing, shelling, and sunning beaches in the USA.

This home has two floors with a combination of five bedrooms and four baths. Each floor has its own 
private entrance. Downstairs floor has two bedrooms and two bath (sleeps four), kitchen with a 
breakfast area and a living area. Walk outside to a huge.. screened in lanai as well as a garden 
area to sit and enjoy.

Upstairs has three bedrooms and two baths (sleeps six) with a hugh gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar 
and living area. A favorite spot is the outside lanai overlooking the beach! Perfect for relaxing, 
dining, watching the dolphins swimming by, listening to the gentle surf, reading a good book, or 
enjoying a beautiful sunset!

You also have your choice of renting the upstairs (sleeps 6) or downstairs (sleeps 4).  Each floor 
has its own private entrance.

Swimmers will love the gentle waves creating knee-deep waters for swimming and shelling, and a 
nearby sand bar that harbours lots of sand dollars. Just beyond the sand bar the water is deep 
enough for swimming and water exercise in the gentle rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent 
bird watching, with everything from osprey, sandpipers, herons, pelicans, and even eagles. Wide 
sandy beaches offer views from Naples to Fort Myers.

Within minutes from a landmark in Bonita Beach "Doc's Beach House" where you can eat, drink, and 
rent jet skis, water trikes, catamarans, go parasailing or play some beach volleyball.

You are just 15 minutes North of Naples, which offers "world-class" shopping, dining, galleries, 
golf, and tennis. Within five miles you have 40 restaurants, four shopping areas, movie theatres, 
and various boating outlets. There is a walking and biking path in front of the house, and public 
trolleys from Fort Myers Beach to Naples.
