High Season (January - April)   $750    per week
Mid Season  (May - November)    $650    per week
Low Season  (December)          $450    per week

$200 refundable security deposit for weekly rentals.
11% tax added to rates (5% tourist and 6% state) 
no tax on cleaning fee.
All stays will require a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Rates are subject to change.

Please no smoking in the unit. Pets under 20lbs. maybe allowed in 
some instances. Please inquire first.
