    This unit has been Owner occupied for the past three years and has
 been recently remodeled. All furniture is in "like new" condition. 
Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club is located 20 minutes from historic
St. Augustine, on the south end of Cresent Beach which is one of the
most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer.  Summerhouse  has
spacious grounds with 4 heated pools, 6 lit tennis courts, 4
racquetball courts and a new playground with picnic tables and grills,
providing an atmosphere for a fun & relaxing vacation. There is also a
Beach Access Entrance just beyond the South entrance, so driving down
to the beach with heavy beach equipment is quick & convenient

maker,Electric Stove with overhead Microwave, Dishwasher,Coffee
Maker,Toaster Oven, Fully equipped with dishes,silverware & cooking
utensils.
 
Dining/Living Area: Large Mission style Console with Cable TV, DVD, CD
Player,Queen Size Sofa Sleeper,Mirrored Dining Wall, Ground Level
Patio with Barbecue Grill. Nearby walkways provide easy access to the
beach.

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with large window view of ocean. Cable
TV. Private Bath with walk in shower.
GuestBedroom: Two Twin size Beds. Private Bath with Bathtub & shower.

Cresent Beach, well known for its white sand and swimming, also offers
lots of excitement for fishermen, surfers and kite surfing.  
Matanzas National Park and two bird sanctuarys border the property
providing opportunities for nature & beach walks, bicyling, and shell
collecting. 
 St. Augustine is known for its historic hertiage as the oldest city
in the United States. The Inner City with its cobblestone streets and

quaint shops, offers lots to do besides sightseeing and dining out at
numerous restaurants.
    Other Activities near by: Golf courses,Super Outlet Malls, Orlando
Attractions 1 1/2 hrs ; Daytona... Raceway 45 minutes  Jacksonville 
45 minutes.

Terms: A Deposit of $300 will be charged when making your reservation.
    If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to
arrival date,a $54.50 Booking fee will be charged with the remaining
$245.50 refunded.   If a cancellation occurs 30 days or less before
arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
 Upon arrival, the deposit is held in the event damages are reported
at the end of your stay.  If no damage is reported, the deposit will
be refunded in full.
 Total Rental Fees will be charged upon arrival.
Please note:  Renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking is
allowed "inside" the unit......and, Sorry, No Pets are allowed.
