POLICIES
Local calls are free, please use a calling card for long distance.
Electric paid for short rentals less than a month. Rentals over a
month, electric paid upto $110.00.
Deposits
A deposit of $500 is required in order to secure your reservation.
The balance of the total rental due must be received 30 days prior
to your stay.
Refunds
The security deposit of $500 is returned after condo is inspected
all keys and garage remote is returned.
Cancellation notice is required 30 days prior to vacation date. If
written notice is not received, reservation deposit is forfeited.
HURRICANE POLICY: June -November:
If a named storm is threatning the area and an evacation order is
planned, you can get a full refund or exchange for another
week.
