The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is 150 
yards from Madeira`s finest white sand beach. Watch the dolphins or 
fish from one of three fishing decks and experience the 
spectacular sunsets on the beach. 

Madeira Beach is small, quiet and relaxing beach town.  It is 
ideally situated between Clearwater Beach resort and St Petersburg. 
John's Pass Villages is located just 5 minutes away. 

There is a A huge selection of local restaurants within a few 
minutes walk or a short drive. Casual & up market, offering the best 
Seafood and Steaks, Chinese buffets, Italian, Thai and Family 
Style,among many others. Early bird specials are a feature at most. 

You are within walking distance to many different Shops, 
Restaurants, Supermarket, Post Office and a Drugstore. The Gulf 
Beaches Library is across the street to which temporary membership 
is available to visitors. As well as a huge range of books, it has 
computers to use with Internet access and a large range of movie 
DVD's, videos and music CD's available for loan.

Maderia Beach yacht club is a private, gated immaculately kept 
facility and set amidst tropical gardens. The club boasts a club 
house with a small, well equiped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers and 
billiards room. Two outdoor heated swimming pools, sun loungers, 
umbrellas, tables and benches. Fishing piers. 

Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens amusement park is only 
30 minutes away. Disney, Seaworld, Universal and all Orlando 
attractions 90 minutes away.

Our townhouse has recently been refurbished. It is a spacious (1100 
sq ft)two-storey townhouse with a screened in balcony. Barbeque 
grilling area overlooking the yacht marina. 

Super king-size bed in very large master bedroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom with shower upstairs. 
In addition there is a double bed settee in the lounge area if 
required Lounge area with new leather suite, dining area, breakfast 
bar and well-equipped kitchen. Toilet with wash hand basin 
downstairs.

Travel cot also available.
 

Telephone, air conditioning, 2 TV's with cable.  New DVD and VCR. 
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, 
coffee maker. All cooking utensils provided. All bedrooms are 
equipped with bed linens and the bathrooms have plenty of towels, 
including beach towels. Washer/dryer in unit, iron, iron board and 
hair dryer.

January 1 - April 30  $750/Week

Monthly stays will be discounted.

Reservation deposit – nonrefundable $250 check (per week) due to book
Balance – Remainder due 30 days before stay
Security deposit - $200 due within 7 days of stay. Deposit will not 
be cashed unless something damaged or missing within unit. You will 
be notified if there is a problem and will be held responsible.
Deposit will be returned within 21 days of end of stay.
No refunds on cancellations made within 30 days
