Available for monthly rentals at $5,000 - $6,000 per month or a
minimum of $2,000 per week.  Rates vary based on season. Please
contact owner for rates and availability. Additional fees include
11.5% sales tax, $175 cleaning fee, $1,000 security deposit and 1/2 of
rental fee deposit at the time of booking to secure the reservation. 
The deposit is not refundable with cancellations of less than 60 days
notice prior to the arrival date. All rental fees must be paid in full
no less than 30 days before arrival.
