RATE POLICIES:
Weekly rates are based on a Saturday arrival - Friday departure.

DEPOSIT & RENTAL PAYMENTS:
Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of $500
within 15 days to guarantee your dates. This deposit will be
returned
to you after checkout and positive inspection of the premises. The
first rental installment of 50% is due 60 days prior to reservation
date. The second rental installment of 50% is due 30 days prior to
your reservation date.
CANCELLATIONS:
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are
made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay,
that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full
advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or
early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
