The home is a single family home, in a quad, on a private tree lined 
street. There is an enclosed and screened in lanai, with a privacy 
fence, glass sliding doors for entry int the court yard, from the 
master bedroom, and the living room. one single garage, along with 
two parking spaces in front off street parking.

The pool is situtated on our block, right next door, and very private 
with a pool house, and bathrooms, there is a pool on each block.

Note, the garage has been carpeted, and tiled with a pull out bed, 
air conditioning and heat to accomadate another couple, or to be used 
as a play room or guest room. Fully operational kitchen, and comes 
with a washer and dryer.

Sarasota, is a beautiful town.

All the area, is surrounded by beaches, and we are about three miles 
from Siesta Key island, and about five miles total from Siesta Key 
beach, , St Armonds Circle is about 7 miles away, which will take you 
to Longboat keys, shopping, and all the local resturants.
Ringling Brothers Museum, is located about 15 minutes away, ad many, 
many other activities, Fishing, skiing, boating etc.

Off season rates    05/01   to 11/31        $2,000.00 per month.
