fully equipped kitchens and each unit has it's own washer and dryer.

tax to rates shown.Payment Policy: A deposit of $300 is required to 
confirm a reservation , with the balance due 30 days prior to

A credit card is due prior to check-in as a security deposit.
There will be no charge to the card provided there is no damage to 
the unit or outstanding expenses related to the rental.
