There are TV's with DVD players in the living room, Master Bedroom, and Guest Bedroom.  Living room 
has one pull out sofa and three chairs.  Dining area has table with six chairs and breakfast bar 
with three chairs.  Stackable washer and dryer ready for your use!  This unit is PET FRIENDLY!  
Plenty of room and right by the pool and beach for less than $1K a week!!

Shuffleboard, pool, beach are literally steps from the patio.  Also included in the rental is our 
book on "what to do" while you are in Saint Augustine - we rate all the restaurants, tours and shops

Offseason = August 15th through December 31st = $625/week

Month of May = $775/week

Peak Season = April, and June 1st through August 15th = $950/week

Rental requires a refundable security deposit, applicable taxes and a cleaning fee of $76.30.
