The house is an newly remodeled two-level home with the main living 
area and kitchen upstairs to take advantage of the million dollar 
view. Two bedrooms (queen-size and double-size beds) are upstairs 
with one bathroom. Downstairs is a large bedroom with two twin beds 
and a bath room, a family room with mini kitchen. And a covered 
screen porch. Perfect for two families or separating kids from 
parents.  


Located on 100 feet of the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean, 
Guana State Park is on our west side. Bring your kayak, canoe, 
fishing pole, or bike and enjoy relaxing peace and quiet.

The amenities are many; a few of them are two fireplaces, phone, air 
conditioning, cable TV, DVD player,board games, 
gas grill, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator with ice maker, washer/dryer. Downstairs there is a 
refrigerator and microwave. Linens provided!!!

If it gets too quiet, you are 20 minutes away from Saint Augustine, 
Florida (the nation's oldest city), where you can step back into 
time strolling on the ancient city streets. Or shop 'til you drop in 
the local shops there or up in Ponte Vedra Beach (16 miles) or 
Jacksonville (40 miles).

The Orlando amusement attractions (Disney World, Sea World, etc.) 
are one-and-one-half hours drive. Kennedy Space center is 75 minutes 
away.

For the golfers in the crowd you are in the perfect spot to enjoy a 
few games. You are 20 minutes away from the Players Championship 
Course, World Golf Village, and many other courses. After all, it is 
the capital of the golfing world!

Weekly Rent .. $1500 per week, $150 cleaning fee,plus 9% state & 
county tax).
