beautiful view of sunsets and distant view of the Gulf.  Access to 
Bowman's Beach, Sanibel's best shelling beach, via a private path 
which crosses a bayou.  Well furnished and in excellent condition.  
Kitchen (fully equipped) and bathrooms remodeled in 2005.  Kitchen, 
sitting room, laundry, half bathroom and porch on lower floor.  
Staircase to upper floor which has the master bedroom, with its own 
bathroom and porch, second bedroom and further bathroom.  Master 
bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom twin beds and sitting 
room a sofa bed.
No pets and no smoking.

Heated swimming pool.  Clubhouse with free internet access.  Grilling 
area with gas grills.  Two tennis courts (rackets and balls available 
from clubhouse free of charge).  Canoes and kayaks also available 
free of charge for use on the bayou.  
Townhouse is fully airconditioned.  It provides 2 TVs, VCR, DVD 
player, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer.  Linen and 
towels are provided.  Beach chairs.  Covered parking for one car.

Excellent fishing from Bowman's Beach.  Birds that can be seen on the 
bayou or the beach include ospreys, pelicans, herons, roseate 
spoonbills, egrets and many others.   Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is 
a few minutes drive (or bicycle ride) from the condo.  Sanibel has 
bicycle rentals shops which will deliver to the condo.
