This is a thirty day minimum rental.

Directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  Watch a sunset from your private 
balcony.  Step down to swimming pool or walk directly on the beach 
into the Gulf of Mexico.  

Beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Fully furnished.  This is our second 
home and it is supplied with most everything you will need.  This is 
not just a "rental." The Breakers is a four story building.  
Assigned 
covered parking space comes with the unit.  Plenty of additional 
parking available.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and full bath.  
The 
guest room offers twin beds. Full guest bath available. A sleeper 
sofa is in the great room. Unit offers a private washer and dryer in 
your separate laundry room. You do not share the washer and dryer 
with others. Assigned covered parking space. 

Additional Amenities: Microwave, DVD, TV's in both bedrooms and 
great 
room. Kitchen has plenty of cookware. 
Pets are not allowed per Association Rules.

Enjoy the beach. Redington Fishing pier is about a mile away. Close 
to shopping and restaurants.  Tampa International Airport 45 minutes 
away. Short drive to downtown St. Petersburg and Tropicana Basefield 
and to Tampa Football Stadium.  Museums, Ruth Eckard Hall, and Tampa 
Performing Arts all within a short drive. 

$2,000 to $4,000 per month during season.  Off season call for 
rates. 
There is a 12% tax.  This is a thirty (30) day minimum rental.
