dark, however the condo is light and bright, with the entire back 
wall all glass and screens.

Unit backs to peaceful and private view of one of several lakes on 
the property. Tennis courts, 7 heated pools and 7 hottubs.  Glass 
enclosed lanai offers large lighted storage room.  Wheelchair 
accessible, no stairs, handicapped accessible in shower in smaller 
bedroom, full bath in master. Large walk in closets. Ceiling fans in 
bedrooms and on lanai, central air and humidistat. Microwave, 
self-clean oven, ice maker in 17cuft ff refrigerator.  

Private patio for use of the small Weber grill or just enjoy the 
flowers.  Maintenance of the patio is included.  

We want our guests feel welcome and at home. So we furnish Royal 
Dalton and cobalt blue glass dish sets, Mr Coffee Iced Tea and coffee
makers, electric citrus juicer, mixer, wine glasses, crystal sherry 
glasses, plastic glasses, car glasses, glass glasses and everthing 
else for a fully furnished kitchen.  Linens of every sort- even a 
Christmas table cloth should the season warrant. Candles and candle 
holders. 

There are books, tour books, cookbooks, table games and cards. Phones
in every room. AmFm stereo, VCR-DVD player, 27" Tv with remote in 
living room, 19" with remote and VCR in master suite. Cable is 
included. Many tapes and DVDs are available for your use. 

Master has king pillow-top bed, his and hers closets, clock radio, glider and 
footstool, desk, ceiling fan, computer desk and chair. Vanity sink 
with separate room for toilet and tub/shower. Second bedroom has 
twin beds, walk in closet, ceiling fan, bathroom with 
handicapped accessible oversized tiled shower, massage showerhead.  
New queen sleeper couch in living room for when the kids and 
grandkids come for a week or weekend.     

With the beach only 10 minutes away, we offer beach towels, beach 
spreads, sand umbrellas, wind-up radio, coolers, drink thermos, 
folding chairs and loungers for our guests. Even plastic picnic 
dishes. You bring the sunscreen and swimsuits! 

Wildewood Springs is a bird sanctuary, and has miles of lush 
beautifully landscaped grounds (Neal community development).  You walk for three minutes thru 
these grounds to either of the two closest heated pools and hottubs. 

Professional, lighted tennis courts are also available.

In the heart of the city without the traffic and noise. Ten minutes 
to Bollittieri Tennis and Soccer Training centers to the south or 
the beach to the west. Walking distance to family restaurants, fast 
food and fine dining, medical professional building and banking.  
Large, fully equiped fitness center is just 2 blocks away. 

There are numerous world class golf courses between 5 and 20 minutes 
by car. Including the Arnold Palmer designed "Legacy", University 
Parkway, Manatee County, Palma Sola, River Run, Rosedale, Preserve, 
Peridia and many more. All of these courses are public, however some 
may give tee time priority to members.

Bradenton is 1 hour from Busch Gardens and the Tampa Intl Airport 
over one of the 10 most scenic bridges in the US.  Two hours to 
Orlando, and all of the activities there.  Sarasota/Bradenton airport
is 15 minutes away, and only a little farther is the Ringling Museum,
Sarasota and St Armand's Circle for fine shops and dining. 

Seasonal 3 month minimum rental for the months of Jan, Feb, Mar  
$2400 per month +10.5% Florida tax, security deposit.  

All other months are - $1400 per month + tax, deposit.
$50 HOA fee per stay, waived after first stay.    

$500 security deposit. Included is cable, local phone service, pest 
control, maintenance, electricity (up to $100), water, washer and 
dryer. No smoking.  Pet possible with additional fee and deposit.
