pool. 

Furnished facilities with 2 king size beds and a pull-out full size 
couch.

Additional pay washer and dryer available in complex on 4 floors....

Check-in time is Saturday 3:00pm - Check-out time is Saturday 
10:00am

No daily...no monthly unless willing to pay weekly rate

December 20th to August 31st, 2008 - $950.00/week

September 1st to December 19th, 2008 - $775.00/week

December 20, 2008 to August 31, 2009 - $1050.00/week

11% Florida Tax is additional

No cleaning fee

$300 deposit required at booking to hold reservation. 
Deposit is not refundable if a cancellation is received less than 30 
days prior to scheduled arrival unless we get other renters to 
replace you.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
