City fishing pier is close, within blocks.  Trolley stops out 
front, so you don't need to drive anywhere.  This is most desirable,

this condo building which makes it a quiet and convenient place to 
stay or live.  Most people are owners and live year round.  Very 
nice, friendly, atmosphere. 
 
Restaurants are within 3 blocks.  Newpapers out front.  Everyone 
that stays here wants to come back due to the location and the condo 
is done in tropical motif.  You will not be disappointed with your 
stay here.  

Kitchen has glass-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and 
full size refrigerator.  Pantry and lots of cabinets.  Pots and 
pans, dishes, all utensils provided.   

Ceiling fans in bedrooms, kitchen, living room and patio.
Utility room with full size washer and dryer for your own personal 
use (no walking down hallways outside of unit).  No need to take 
your laundry anywhere.  

One bathroom is handicap equipped with a special rail on wall.  Both 
baths have shower and tub, scalloped marble sinks in both.  All 
towels and linens provided in unit.
  
Entire unit is marble tile throughout kitchen/baths/hallways,dining 
room, living room and bedrooms and utility room, and outside balcony 
area.

Master bedroom has king size bed and two dressers, and night 
stands.  25 inch TV.  There are two windows with view of 
intercoastal and view of balcony.  Private master bathroom.  All 
linens for beds included, plus extra blankets if needed in closet.  
Master bedroom has walk-in closet.

Second bedroom has full size bed and night stands and two full 
dressers/mirror and wall-length closet with full mirrors on outside.

Dining room has table with six chairs and buffet.  

Living room is large with two sofas, and a separate recliner.  End 
tables and coffee table.  30 inch TV, VCR, stereo.  Bookcase, extra 
wicker table and two chairs for relaxing and playing games, or doing 
puzzles.  

Balcony has patio set for four, for relaxing and viewing 
intercoastal.  Great in afternoon and evenings in summer and watch 
sun come up in morning all year round. Great view all down 
intercoastal.

Pool has view of intercoastal.  

Parking is at front of building with elevator close by.  Everything 
is very convenient and not a lot of walking is needed to get in and 
out because it is just a 36 unit complex.

Unit has hurricane shutters, sprinkler systems, fire and smoke 
alarms.

This is a quiet area along Gulf Blvd with sidewalks on both sides of 
street so you can easily walk to restaurants, tennis courts, fishing 
and just across street to beach.  

Sandy beach/gulf waters are just across the street.  Tennis court 
next door.  Trolley is $3.00 all day from Clearwater to St Pete 
Beach. Ride as often as you want all day.  Restaurants within 3 
blocks, Pizza within 3 blocks.  Close to all grocery shopping/and 
regular shopping malls.  Take trolley to John's Pass (15 minute 
ride) and see all the small shops and restaurants and pier with 
gambling boat, fishing boats.  Public fishing pier less than 6 
blocks.  Convenient to all Florida tourist attractions.  Large flea 
market (wholesale shopping) is within 7 miles.  Interstate is within 
10 miles.  You can get to Disney within 2 hours, Busch Gardens in 
Tampa within 1 hour, St Petersburg within 15 minutes.  So many 
museums, water sports, gardens, boating.  Seminole Casino for 
gambling in Tampa, Tarpon Springs - Greek Sponge Docks within 40 
minutes for great antique shopping/tourist area/Greek restaurants.
