Gardens and all the other theme parks with 20 minutes.  The beaches 
are within a 20 drive to Clearwater or to St. Petersberg. 

$900 to $1400 per week.  Special rates apply, week-end rates 
availalbe, long term rentals available.  Security deposit 
required, fully re-fundable if there is no damage.
