Rental rates are based on occupancy by 2-4 persons. The maximum 
occupancy is 5 person including children Rates in US Funds, A $300 
refundable Security deposit is required with your reservation. 
Rental balance is due in full 14 days before arrival. Please add an 
12% mandatory Florida tourist sales tax.  There is a non refundable 
$75 cleaning fee.  Cancellations less than two weeks before arrival 
will forfeit the $300 Security deposit.  Full deposit refund if 
cancellation is two weeks or more before arrival. Check in time is 
3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am on the dates you reserved.  
fees are charged by the night.  This unit is rented on a first-come-
first serve basis. Please call or email for details. Long term 
rentals available.  May consider lease – purchase, Discounts 
available for longer stays. Rates subject to change without notice.
