Weekly summer/fall:  $500/wk
Monthly winter/spring:  $1575/mo
Monthly summer/fall:  $1325/mo

Premium weeks (Daytona Bike, race, event weeks extra; "Spring Break" 
weeks extra--call to inquire)

8 Person Maximum.  Each additional adult over 6 people is an extra $100 per person.

Security deposit $500
Event rentals and spring break rentals require an extra deposit
Deposit and rental payments by certified check only

An additional cleaning charge of $100 applies for each week the property is rented
