Our brand new 3 bedroom condo is waiting for you and your family to 
come enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast.  Part of the new Heron 
building here at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort you will enjoy so 
many amenities, you might not have time to visit them all!
Our condo has a gorgeous direct waterfront view of the calming inner 
coastal waterway.  You have a private view where you can enjoy 
watching sailboats, barges, and even a favorite spot for kite-
boarders with the shallow waters of this barrier island.  We also 
have a large 4 person hot tub on our patio, only on lanai units 
which have a larger porch and close access to the pool area.
Come relax in our lavish condo that has bright cheerful rooms as 
well as elegance and sophistication that will keep you coming back 
for more.
We have the BEST location in town.  Okaloosa Island connects Destin 
to Fort Walton Beach and there are so many things to do here on the 
island.  
On the bayside, you have 2 private pools, a 700 ft. lazy river, 2 
large hot tubs, a wading pool great for little ones, and a waterfall 
pool that is heated in the winter.  You can also enjoy the beautiful 
landscaped waters edge where you can grill out and eat at the picnic 
tables and watch the boats go by.  Dolphins also often swim in the 
bay also.
Not only do you have THIS pool area, but you can walk across the 
walkover to the beachside where you also have access to all of their 
amenities.  This includes a 5,000 sq. ft. pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, 
and a kiddy waterplayground.  There is also a state of the art 
fitness room.  And don't forget the gorgeous white beaches at Destin 
West!
After that, enjoy 4 miles of undeveloped beach and bay front where 
you can escape with a private walk and watch the sun rise or take a 
dip in our warm waters.
We are also right across the street from the local boardwalk where 
you can eat at beachfront restaurants, let the kids play on the 
beach playground, fish on the pier, shop, or watch surfers catch a 
wave.
The Gulfarium is also within walking distance where they have great 
shows with sea lions, dolphins, sea otters, and many more sea life.  
Adults enjoy it as well!
