To hold/confirm Your reservation we require $250 security deposit
(personal checks are fine) mailed within 7 days of making your
reservation.
If not received within the 7 day period Your reservation may be
cancelled. This deposit will be returned to You at the check out,
provided that the real and personal property are in the same condition
as when rented out.
(The house is well decorated with antiques, crystals, arts, etc.,
please understand and enjoy!)
 

The actual rental fee plus 11.5% tax and the cleaning fee will be due
at the time of arrival. We do not accept personal checks for this fee.
