This amazing villa is located just a couple of minutes from 
Florida's beautifully unspoilt Manasota Beach. Located on a large 
lot, set will back from the road, overlooking a large lawn 
surrounded by natural Florida shrubs and trees. 

The villa itself is tastefully furnished throughout and is fitted 
with all possible conveniences including cable TV, DCD, wireless 
internet and all the usual kitchen and laundry appliances - the 
games room has an 8ft slate pool table, table soccer and air hockey. 
The masterbedroom is fitted with a magnificent king size bed and has 
a flatscreen TV whilst the guest room is fitted with a queen size. 
The third and fourth rooms are each fitted with a pair of twin beds. 
The master and guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the others 
share a family bathroom.

The villa has a large pool and extensive sundeck with plenty of 
loungers and a large BBQ.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave 
and a host of smaller appliances such as kettle, toaster, coffee 
maker, blender etc. The laundry room has a large washer and matching 
dryer.

The family room is has a TV, DVD, cable, high speed free wireless 
internet connection and stereo.

There are many local activities, restaurants and places to visit.

There are several local beaches, from Manasota at the end of the 
road, to the pure white siesta about 30 minutes away and venice mid 
way with its traditional beach volleyball and the nearby Pelican 
Pointe.

For a little more excitement, check out Busch Gardens with its 
awesome rollercoasters with the latest 200 ft vertical drop and the 
older rickety wooden coasters. For the younger ones 
there is the kiddy rides, the animals including white siberian 
tigers, koala bears and the birds in the aviary that eat from your 
hands. If you're getting hot, visit the Budweiser pavillion for as 
much free icy cold bud as you can drink (limit says 2.....but whoc 
checks?) - but nominate a driver first!

For a change, try bowling, crazy golf (where you can feed the baby 
aligators) or  ride on the worlds biggest air boat at the Oscare 
Scherer state park on the north side of Venice. 

Besides the multitude of family restaurants within a few minutes of 
the villa, you have to check out Sharkey's (on the Pier - a local 
institutaion) and the Crows Nest (downstairs for 'pub' food and 
upstairs to excellent cuisine).
