are only footsteps away. With this rental there is always something 
different to do, with access to amentities at Tidelands, The 
Conservatory, Hammock Beach Club(on the ocean), and Yacht Harbour 
Village(on the Intracoastal Waterway).    

The "Tidelands" is a newly built, upscale, gated community. Our 
second floor home is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped 
kitchen, luxuriously tiled bath with a deep soaking tub. Our unit is 
right on the Intracoastal Waterway and offers the best views in the 
development. 

The Tidelands clubhouse offers a fully equipped fitness center. 
Overlooking the pool and jacuzzi are two lavishly furnished Owners 
Lounges,complete with flat screen televisions, pool table, foozball 
and air hockey.  The Tidelands Grill is also housed within the 
clubhouse and offers lunch menu items. 

The Tidelands has a walking/biking path that runs the perimeter of 
this 82 acre development. You will enjoy biking, walking, fishing, 
or just watching the boats go by from your balcony. 

For longer term renters, The Club At Hammock Beach is available.  
This spectacular oceanfront club is only a five minute drive from 
Tidelands. Amenities include:

Conveniently located between Tidelands and The Club at Hammock Beach 
is Yacht Harbour Village, where you can enjoy such amenities as 
their Intracoastal- front pool/jacuzzi and first class tennis 
facilities.  Marina boat slip rentals are available, or for a 
nominal fee, book a Sunday brunch cruise down the Intracoastal on 
the Ginn 127 ft yacht.     


The European Village is located approximatly one mile from your 
vacation home which features restaurants, shops, an ice cream 
parlor, ouside cafe's and live entertainment in the evening.
