The newly remodeled Mediterranean-style golf club has full range of 
amenities including casual and formal dining, grill room and bar, 
golf pro shop, and locker rooms. 

The casual River Club, designed for water-themed activities, has a 
casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a lounge bar, 
fitness center, boat launch, canoes and kayaks, large swimming pool, 
sundeck with lounge chairs, and spa. 

Designed by Mike Hill and Chip Powell, the 27 hole championship
course has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the 
spectacular environment of lakes, preserves, ancient sand ridges, 
and 
native trees. You become a golf member with your lease and have only 
cart fees to pay. Practice facilities are available, including an 
aqua driving range. 

Enjoy six lighted and fenced Har-Tru tennis courts. The club's 
tennis 
pro oversees many activities, including tournaments and a full 
schedule of lessons. 

As a tenant leasing in Pelican Sound, you may elect to transfer to 
our Pelican Sound Golf and River Club membership. You'll be entitled 
to enjoy all the amenities provided at the 18,000 sq. foot clubhouse 
with casual and formal dining, bar, grill room, golf pro shop, and 
men's and ladies locker rooms. Enjoy the 5000 sq. ft. River Club 
featuring casual dining with sports TV's and bar along with the 
fitness center, spa, pool and expansive sun deck. Visit the five 
additional pools, each with outdoor grilling facilities. Nature 
lovers will want to walk the miles of trails or enjoy the 
complimentary kayaks and canoes to explore the Estero River waters. 
You'll enjoy the closest Island Sound pool and river boardwalk, just 
around the corner from our coach home. The residences of Pelican 
Sound blend with the natural beauty of the bordering Koreshan State

For the golf enthusiast, Pelican Sound offers 27 holes of 
challenging 
championship golf. Golf and tennis is included with your rental for 
a 
$300 membership transfer fee. Use the Chelsea Tee-Time Reservation 
System and be assured you'll have good tee times, even in the busy 
winter months. Golf during May through October and enjoy playing 
many 
of the reciprocal golf courses throughout the area. Enjoy six
