Neville Brothers to Perform in Seaside 
Seaside Jazz Festival - a journey through jazz

As culmination of the first "Journey Through Jazz" in Seaside, Florida, the Neville Brothers are 
scheduled to headline on Memorial Day. The inaugural festival features performances from 12 
different Jazz groups over two weeks.

        This is a GREAT PLACE FOR CHILDREN............  SORRY, no pets.... If you have a pet, I can 
find you a rental 
that is pet friendly, but we are not .

The"TRUMAN SHOW" staring Jim Carey, took place and was filmed in Seaside.  

You will find this to be the quaint and picture perfect community.  When you walk down our stairs, 
you can stop 
by Heavenly's Ice Cream Store, or Great Southern Cafe on your way to Modika's Market to pick up your 
grocery 
supplies.  In the evening, you can walk down our stairs and head to Rendevous for sushi, a glass of 
wine and 
crepes or step across the street and visit Bud & Alleys for a gourmet meal, or a view of the sunset 
across the 
Gulf of Mexico.   After a day at the beach, which is just steps from our stairs, you can walk along 
the adorable 
pedestrian friendly community and shop in the art galleries, or toy store, or jewelry stores that 
line our streets 
in the EUROPEAN STYLE community. 

Our Loft Style apartments are TRULY in the HEART OF SEASIDE.  
Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the breeze of the Gulf of Mexico, listen to free concerts that 
are performed 
regularly in the park which is just a few yards from our spot.

On our rooftop we have a 380 degree view of this magical community called Seaside.   
WE have also created a cozy and private spot for you to relax in the sun, dine, enjoy the sunset or 
view the 
stars at night from this rooftop spot which gives you a birds eye view of the community and of 
course the GULF 
OF MEXICO.
 
......a bit of New York or European style living at the beach because you step 
outside of your loft style apartment and you have immediate access to EVERYTHING in SEASIDE


The front of the apartment (the PIcasso Moon) has a spacious deck 
which gives you the feel of THE NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER and a 
great spot to people watch or just take in the sounds and sights of 
this artistic community.

This "artist" condo-apartment is located above the popular Quincy 
Toy and Art Shop in the heart of the artist colony called Ruskin 


 The second APARTMENT, called 
PICASSO SUN, is a one bedroom with queen bed, full bath and a 
living/dining ...sofa sleeper...area with an efficiency kitchen, AND 
THIS is rented separetly for an additional rate.

So.........for a large group, you can have both apartments (see 
combination rates)open to the other and sleep a total of 11-12 
people and have two kitchens...............................or
If you have a small family, you can rent PICASSO MOON......or
if there are only two of you, the smaller apartment (PICASSO SUN) 
would be perfect.

The Picasso Moon has:
•	Large front porch balcony with seating and tables, and a hammock....this front porch is 
great for small 
                children, because they cannot escape!
•	Large blackboard in dining area for children (and adults) to doodle
•	Two bathrooms
•	Fully equipped kitchen
•	Washer/dryer...dishwasher....microwave.....etc.
•	Access to 3 SEASIDE pools (one of which is an all adult pool), tennis courts, fitness 
center (owner 
                does reserve the right to charge a small fee)

A brand new Publix grocery less than 1 mile away, you can pick up staples right on your way, and 
never need to 
get into your car again.....you can pick up gourmet supplies at Modika's Market here in Seaside

Biking:         An 18 mile bike trail takes you from one end of 30A to the other.
                   Tons of off the road trails through Seaside and into Watercolor
Concerts:    Free Concerts are performed every week on the lawn just steps away from our 
Loft/apartment
                   Watercolor is just a bike ride away, and also has concerts on their lawn
Chapel:       Our lovely chapel has Sunday worship services, and is also a great place for YOUR 
Wedding.
                   It is located just steps from the Picasso Moon and Sun
Shopping:   Art galleries just outside of our front door and up and down our pedestrian street in 
front of
                   our Loft/apartment.  Clothing and jewlery boutiques with one of a kind mechandise.
                   Sundog bookstore where you can find all sorts of interesting reading material are 
all within walking
                   distance of our Loft/apartment 
Food, etc:   Starbucks is a short walk down the street, along with a fabulous outside wine and tappa 
bar.
