This 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms villa has a large private swimming 
pool, BBQ grill, High-speed internet. It located in "The Sunset 
Ridge", a very quiet, small, prestigious gated community off the 
interstate I-4 and US27. The villa is centrally located within 2 to 
15 minutes of all major attractions, stores and restaurants. It is 
less than 15 minutes to the main gate of Disney World.

The villa has a large master suite with a king size bed and a large 
full bathroom. The second bedroom has queen-size bed. The third 
bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the 
living room for extra accommodation needs. A 27'' flat TV is in the 
large bright family room, a 20'' tv in one master suite, and the 
other 20'' tv in the other master room. There is a formal dining 
room with seats of 6 and a breakfast nook with 4 seats. A separate 
laundry room, and a large lanai. It has everything you may need 
except for food, which you can purchase from the near-by Wal-Mart or 
other grocery stores. All linens and towels are provided. Crib, high-chair and stroller are also 
available.
