to the nature of Fort Clinch State Park which offers privacy to the 
beautiful pool and jacuzz area for your enjoyment.  Master bedroom 
has king bed and private bath with double marble sinks, and shower.  
Second bedroom has queen bed, and third bedroom has two days beds 
with pull out trundle underneath (equivalent to four twin beds).  
Second full bath has combination tub/shower.  Kitchen comes equipped 
with side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, oven and 
microwave.  Living area has entertainment center with big screen 
TV.  There are additional TV's in all the bedrooms.  Patio area has bar 
height table and chairs.  No charcoal grills are allowed, on the balconys, 
no pets allowed, and no smoking inside the condo.  Security guard on premises.  
Less than 5 minute ride to historic downtown Fernandina Beach where 
fantastic shopping, horse drawn carriages, and unique culinary experiences await you.

Pool, jacuzzi, all bed linens and towels, cable TV, DVD, VCR, fully 
equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.  Iron, ironing board, internet 
connection.

Fishing Charters, Historical tours available at the museum, Sailing, 
Golf, Horseback Riding on the beach, Horse drawn carriage tours, 
Minature golf, Fantastic dining and superb shopping both downtown 
and outer areas.
  

No dates will be held without a deposit at the time the condo is 
reserved.  

Summer -      May 15 to September 15 -   $1,400 week/$220 per night
Normally a Five Night Minimum is required  
I may consider a last minute rental for less than 5 nights if there is availability.
  
Fall/Winter - September 15 to March 14 - $1,125 week/$175 per night.
Spring        March 15 to May 14th -     $1,200 week/$190 per night 
Three night minimum

Available December, January, February, and March - $2,000/month

$250 Refundable Damage Deposit, Departure Cleaning fee of $80.00 and 
9% tax applies.

A deposit of $250 is required to hold any requested dates.  The 
remainder is then due 21 days prior to occupancy.

No dates will be held without a deposit at the time the condo is 
reserved.
