Off-Season (Apr 1-Aug 31): $1,800 /month
In-Season (Sep 1-Mar 31): $2,400 /month

Occasionally available for weekly or nightly rental. Call for rates.

- Negotiable rates for longer term rentals.
- $500 Refundable Security Deposit required at time of 
reservation.**
- Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. (60 in Season)
- $75 added to the total rental for cleaning/housekeeping. 
- Cash, Check, and Money Order Accepted.
- Taxes & Fees are included in pricing.
- Screening Application by Condo Association is required.

** Security Deposit will be returned in its entirety upon departure, 
provided nothing is missing, broken or irreparably damaged.
