Property Rates

$1450.00 per week, monthly rentals and 90 day rentals are also 
available and we are negotiable.
Extra days can be added at a discounted rate.
Cleaning departure fee of $105.00.
Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
Check In Time: 4:00 P.M.
Check Out Time: 10:00 A.M.
These times may be flexible-please call ahead.
Pets welcome provided they are on flea control.$50.00 non-refundable fee. 
Security & damage deposit of $250.00 required to reserve dates.
Holidays that fall during the week or weekend that week is an extra 
$200.00 per week.
Add 12% for Florida tourist and sales tax.
