Waterway, our town house is within easy walking distance to the beach!

Marshview is completely and beautifully furnished with three 
bedrooms, three full baths, large open living-dining-kitchen area, 
laundry, private elevator, and garage. We have everything you need 
for a short or long stay; all bed and bath linens, all kitchen 
equipment, even beach towels and beach chairs!

September - March:$3200 per month 

April - August: $3600 per month

The rates include all utilities (electricity, water, trash 
collection, telephone, cable TV, outside maintenance, and high speed 
Internet connection). 

For an additional charge of $425 per month, you can obtain a 
temporary membership to the nearby Serenata Beach Club. The Club is 
just 1 mile from the town house and has three huge pools (one heated 
in the winter), work out facility, great dining room, lots of 
activities, classes and much more. It is a great way to meet people 
from around the country.

If you bring your dog (no cats allowed), we charge an additional $400 
pet fee per month.

Clean-out fee of $200 is optional. Check with manager regarding specifics.

Refundable reservation/damage deposit of $1000 is additional.
