$300 deposit to reserve, balance due 30 or 60 days prior to arrival depending on length or time of 
stay.
A valid credit card is required at time of check-in.
12.5% Florida Taxes apply (6.5% sales tax and 6% lodging tax). Check-In 4PM Check-Out 10AM
Credit Cards are Accepted.

Cancellation: Full refund, less $50 handling fee upon 30 days notice for most nightly rentals. 
Reservations for Special Events, Major Holidays, Weekly, Monthly, and stays of 7 nights or longer 
require 60 days notice, less $200 handling fee. If cancellation occurs within the 30 or 60 day 
cancellation period, whichever applies, the entire stay is non-refundable unless the unit can be 
booked for the same dates at the same rate. Partial refunds would be given if all dates were not 
booked or booked for less. 
 
Hurricane Cancellation Policy - Effective June 1 to Nov. 30: 

I do not refund for inclement weather or other circumstances beyond my control. I strongly encourage 
the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment! Please note that I do not sell
