to the city of Saint Petersburg and the Saint Petersburg airport.  The 
Tampa International airport is a twenty minute drive.  The condo is 
also a 5-10 minute drive to some of the larger beaches along the 
keys in western Florida like St.Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, or Treasure 
Island beach.  

The condo is tiled, has private kitchen and bathroom with 
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer-dryer, flat
panel tv, wireless internet access and new fixtures.  The view of Boca
Ciega 
Bay from the front porch can be seen below.  Also, there is a 
beautiful swimming pool shared with the other few condos which has a 
breathtaking, panoramic view of the bay.  This outdoor space can be 
used for grilling out or catching some rays.

It is comfortably furnished like a beach cottage with a  
queen bed and another wicker queen sofa sleeper to sleep a total of 4 
people. It is stocked with luxury linens and towels with super 
high thread counts and plenty of dishes.  There is a flat panel tv 
and stackable washer/dryer in the condo as well.

Additionally, there are two mountain bikes, beach chairs with 
umbrella, beach towels, etc. which come with the condo and can be 
used by guests.

The condo is directly across the street from the sand of the small 
Gulfport beach with its numerous outdoor activities like volleyball 
nets, softball field, work-out area, basketball court, and 
children's playground, all located directly waterfront. In addition, 
the condo is only one block to the main beach strip with quaint, 
eclectic shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars. The Gulfport 
Casino ballroom, which is also only a block away, offers various 
dancing lessons every night from the swing, to the waltz, to the 
salsa, where often tons of people gather to dance and socialize.  

For those who want to snorkel, jet-ski, take a boat ride, or 
do any more aggressive water sports, the larger beaches in the keys 
are a short five to ten minute drive and have everything imaginable 
available for rental.  Using bikes which come with the condo, one can
bike a short-distance to the Pinellas Bike Trail which goes on for several
miles and is well known in the area.

    *$50-$100 extra charge for pet depending on length of stay
    * Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the
currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
    * Charge includes taxes, utilities, and use of the pool. It does
not include $100-250 deposit, depending on length of stay and number
in party
including pets and children. Cost of cleaning, normally $35-$50,will
be deducted
from deposit and remainder refunded if the condo is left in good
condition upon
check-out, if there is no damage to furniture or appliances, etc.

50% of amount due is due to reserve the dates of interest.
Remaining 50% deposit should be paid at least 14 days before
arrival. Payments can be made via credit card or checking account via
Paypal to e-mail in this listing after dates have been confirmed
available. Other payment arrangements can also be arranged.
