This waterfront getaway offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico 
from its 2nd floor porch.  This house is a stilt home on one of the 
first canals to the gulf with living quarters on the 2nd floor.  
There are two large bedrooms each having Brighhouse cable TV.  The 
master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with attached bathroom 
with a shower area. The second bathroom in the hallway has a shower 
and tub enclosure.  The living room has beautiful views of the gulf 
and canals also connected with cable TV and DVD.  There is a covered 
porch on the second and first floors leading to an open sitting area 
to enjoy the views and laid back quiet of the area.   There is a 
seawall with a dock for sitting, fishing or docking jet skiis or 
boat.  This is a well-known fishing area.  Kitchen is fully equipped 
with stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal.  Just 
bring your laptop or tower and plug into the high speed internet 
provided in the computer corner. The openness of the rooms and 
plenty of windows creates a light, bright area to enjoy the Florida 
sun.

Washer/dryer in unit. Outside shower at dock to rinse off.  45 
minute ride to Tampa's airport.  Large mall and surrounding chain 
restaurants approx 3-4 miles away.  The town of Hudson Beach has 
small quaint beach bar/restaurants, an old fashioned ice cream 
parlor and owner eateries.(Greek,Italian,French) This house is one 
canal from Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Resort and approximately one 
mile from the Bonati Institute.

A quiet getaway to read and enjoy watching for the dolphins to visit 
you in the canal.  Fishing, swimming in gulf and canals, bike 
riding, Boat rentals at nearby marina, Casino boat outings closeby. 
Hudson's sand beach & small park is nearby. Executive and regulation 
golf courses both public and semi-private are within 2 miles. Many 
fresh seafood restaurants dot the Cottee River's banks. Easy 
trips to Clearwater, Tampa and Hernando & Citrus County springs and 
entertainment via US 19 or the Suncoast Highway. 

This property is rented by the month.  Rates range from $2200-2500 
depending on the season. Will consider renting 2 week min in off season - 600,plus tax and $75 
cleaing fee.
