basketball hoop in driveway, ping pong table downstairs, private 
laundry room, walk in pantry, patio and pool furniture and rocking 
chairs on deck to watch the beautiful sunsets. 

This home is 3 minutes to SUNSET BEACH and 5 MINUTES to FRED HOWARD 
PARK BEACH. We are minutes to downtown TARPON SPRINGS where you can 
go antiquing, or head to the SPONGE DOCKS to experience the great 
flavors and heritage of the greek founders of this town. In January 
come to watch the Epiphany celebration in the bayou. Manatees tend 
to stay in the bayou in Tarpon Springs from January thru March.Also 
at the SPONGE DOCKS you can take a boat to watch the SPONGE DIVERS 
and to see the DOLPHINS. Just minutes away is the PINELLAS TRAIL 
which is a 30 mile long trail for jogging, biking, rollerblading, 
etc., which winds thru beautiful tropical settings. Golf, Golf, and

Although the weekly rate starts at $4000.00 per week, please contact 
me for specific rate as certain times of the year,the number of 
people, or the length of the stay can alter the price. Rates are 
subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. A 
security deposit of $1000.00 required upon booking.An additional 
security fee may be required depending on number of people or for 
weddings. A cleaning fee of $200.00 is due upon lease signing, as we 
have the home professionally cleaned for you.Payment is due in full 
60 days prior to check-in. RENTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE VIA WIRE,CASHIER 
CHECK, MONEY ORDER,CREDIT CARD, OR PERSONAL CHECK. Security deposit 
to be 
returned within 30 days of departure.Liability for damages is not 
limited to the amount of deposit. Monies paid for security deposit 
and rental is non-refundable for cancellations made less then 30

The estate is a non-smoking,no fireworks, no pets property . You 
must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent this estate. WEDDINGS OF
