tennis court, hicking and ATV riding in Forest,fishing and swimming 
in Lake Kerr and much more. 

A verity of activities are offer, the type is dependent on the 
season and the guests.

Lakeview $90 to $125 per day, $600 per week and $1500 per month plus 
tax. Standard $80 to $115 per day, $500 per week and $1200 per month 
plus tax.
