Off Peak    Apr 19, 2009 - Dec 18, 2009   $2,750/week *   $460/day
                              (Fantasy Fest Week is $3,850 + tax)

* Summer Special - Aug 1st - October 2nd is $2,350/week 

Christmas   Dec 19, 2009 - Dec 25, 2009   $3,850/week

New Year's  Dec 26, 2009 - Jan 1, 2010    $3,850/week   

**  Above rates do not include state & local tax of 11.5%.

**  A 40% deposit is required for a reservation and the balance is 
    is due 2 weeks prior to check in.

**  Visa, MasterCard & personal checks are accepted.

**  Full refunds, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be made for a 
    cancellation 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation within 30
    days of check in will result in forfieture of deposit.
