Please Check Calendar.  Rates are discounted below Front Desk.  Add 
12.5% sales/tourist tax and 
$55 departure cleaning fee to all rates. Personal checks preferred. 
Credit card payment via Visa 
and MasterCard and PayPal. Two night minimum and maximum four people. 
Special Events excluded. 
Towel/Linen service included.

March, April, June, July, August - $95 night; $589 weekly plus tax 
and cleaning.  Does not 
include special events.

May, Sept, Oct., Nov., Dec. - $75 Daily; $489 Weekly; Plus tax and 
cleaning.
