Bonita Village is a brand new upscale resort located in Bonita 
Springs, within a mile of the Gulf of Mexico.  The grand opening is 
planned for September 2007.  (Most of the competition in the area is 
much older.)

Our condo is beautifully and completely decorated. It is fully 
equipped with tile floors, granite counters, full sized 
refrigerator, etc. Each bedroom has its own DVD player. There are 2 
lanai areas. The front one overlooks a mass of trees and is very 
peaceful.  The back one overlooks the pool and chickee bar.  Next 
door to us is the Clubhouse and Fitness center, complete with high 
speed computer access.

In our air conditioned condo, you will find a full size washer and 
dryer.  Linens, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans etc are all 
provided.  There is also a full size refrigerator, microwave, and 
dishwasher.  We even have a cardtable and 4 chairs, along with a 
patio table and a dining table. 

The community is one mile from the beach and features many 
restaurants, stores, and miniature golf within walking distance. 
There is a back road to Naples right beside us. Down the street, 
there is a famous ice cream restaurant that makes its own ice cream. 
Bonita Village has its own Beach Shuttle that runs continually to 
and from the beach.

 Nearby are golf courses, tennis courts, wildlife zoos, upscale 
shopping, 3 nearby shopping centers,(you may have heard of the new 
Coconut Point Mall) churches, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, 
shelling, swimming, snorkeling, biking, hiking etc. Each of the 
shopping centers have many cinemas.  

There are many activities from which to choose. Nearby are golf 
courses, tennis courts, wildlife zoos, upscale shopping, 3 nearby 
shopping centers, churches, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, 
shelling, swimming, snorkeling, biking, hiking etc.  Each of the 
shopping centers has a cinema.  You may even have heard of our new 
Coconut Point Mall....it's like walking through a little town. 
Someday there will even be a live theatre. 

Within half an hour, you can get to a very upscale Naples shopping 
center that features many designer shops from around the world. 
Across the road is the Naples Philharmonic Hall and the Art Museum.

This is one of a very few places near Bonita Beach that permits 
weekly rentals.  Because of this and the fact that it was just built 
in 2007, the weekly rates from May to November are $1000 plus tax 
and cleaning.  The weekly rates from December to May are $2100 plus 
tax and cleaning. Taxes are 11%. Cleaning is $130.
