The rates are based on the length of time you stay, the longer you stay the less you'll pay per day. 
Big specials on weekly and monthly rentals.  Daily rates are $100 per day (Mon thru Thu)$125 per day 
(Fri/Sat/Sun) (3 days minimum), $850
per week and $2800 per month. Longer than monthly stays will be considered and are negotiable. 
You'll pay less and get a lot more than if you stayed in a hotel room or a studio suite.  
Cleaning fees are: $50 for 3days , $100 for a week, and $200 for a month + 12%
Florida rental state tax. To make a reservation mail a check/money order with 25% of total amount 
for a rental security deposit and a copy of Driver's license/photo ID.*** Your rental security 
deposit is not refundable if you decide to cancel your reservation***You must call 2 weeks in 
advance to make changes to your reservation. Checking in is at 3pm and check out time is 11am.
Holidays rates are $175 per day. Rates may change on Special Holidays & Events.
