Our modern, recently furnished 5 bed home sleeps 11 plus one baby.  
The house benefits from a luxurious master suite with garden tub and 
seperate shower room and a second master bedroom, both featuring 
king size beds.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed followed by bedroom number 4 
with 3 twin beds and bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds.  A cot and bedding 
is available at no extra cost.
The family room boasts a 60" TV connected to cable with 2 three 
seater sofas and a love seat.  There is a second lounge with 2 sofas 
and CD player for those seeking a quieter moment.
The dining area has ample seating for the whole family, something 
you won't find in many rental properties, (10) plus a high chair.
The pool is 28' x 14' which is covered by a lanai, privacy fencing 
all round.  A child safety fence is also available at no extra cost 
should you require it.  The patio set seats 6, with an additional 4 
loungers and 2 fan back chairs.
This house provides the ultimate in creature comforts and a property 
that you will want to visit year on year.  

We provide everything that you could possibly desire for a luxury 
vacation from pool toys and games for the kids to washer and dryer 
for the laundry.
There is a huge games room guarenteed to occupy children of all ages.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to 
cook everything from a quick breakfast to a 3 course meal.
There are pool/beach towels, deck chairs and cool box should you 
wish to go out for the day, available at no extra cost.
All bedlinen and towels are also provided during your stay.
In fact, we provide everything you could possibly need, just bring 
your flip flops! 

Spring Hill is located approximately 35 minutes from Tampa airport, 
or 90 minutes from Orlando.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area which provides a 
good base for your style of holiday.  You can enjoy a slow pace and 
stay at the house or get out and about visiting theme parks, water 
parks or a host of sporting activities.
There are a selection of beautiful beaches on your doorstep, Pine 
Island is only 10 minutes away.  Here you can relax, swim, worship 
the sun, play a game of Volley Ball and even BBQ your lunch.  A 
kiddies play area is also available.
For the shopaholics amongst you, bargains available for all designer 
brands on your doorstep.
If you wish to self cater, there are an array of supermarkets 
available stocking everything from lobster to loofahs.
Restaurants are in abundance and cater to everyones taste, a full on 
meal to a quick snack with prices to suit all pockets.
