Sunset Paradise is a beatiful home.  The home sleeps 6.  It has 2 
bathrooms.  Living room, spacious kitchen with new appliances.  A 
garage.  A pool and jacuzzi.  Washer/dryer.

It is a non-smoking house, however ash trays will be provided for 
outside on the lanai.

Check in time is 3:00pm.  Check out time is by 11:00am to enable our 
cleaners to gain access and prepare the house for the next arriving 
guests.  If you wish to extend the check out time, please let us 
know at the time of your reservation to be sure that it does not 
conflict with any new arriving guests.

From clock golf to theme parks, from roller skates to museums, from 
canoe to jet ski's, you'll find it all at your finger tips.

Places such as Kidstar Park, where there are Go Cart Rides, a Rock 
Climbing Wall, Giant Slides, a Snack Bar and much more.  Peace River 
Wildlife, an active wildlife rehabilitation center with indigenous 
animals and birds for viewing.  Port Charlotte Bowlerama.  A shell 
factory that you will never experience in your life.  Awesome golf 
courses, some of the best in the United States.   
Plenty of shopping.  The restautants are plentiful and most offer 
early bird specials.  Some require reservations.  

Beautiful Beaches, such as Siesta key in Sarasota.  Just a 45 minute 
drive.  Siesta Key has the finest sand in the area.  A must see 
beach.  Especially the sunset.  You'll never see anything like it.

We are delighted to announce one of our latest services being 
provided.  Rental guests who wish to take advantage of this offer 
can complete one of our grocery lists and mail, email, or fax it in 
to our office.  We will shop at the local Supermarket and purchase 
your groceries and put the items away in your rental home prior to 
your arrival.  There is a service charge, which is dependent upon 
the amount of shopping to be done.  We can provide an information 
pack to our guests on request.

Fishing! Fishing Fishing! Fishing is a popular past time and many 
tourists like to fish when they are here.  You can fish from a pier 
to the shore, or you can hire boats where you can pay as little as 
$40 for a fishing trip shared with other like-minded souls, or if 
you prefer,a private hire.  This is just one of the many things to 
do while here in Sunny Florida.

Sunset Paradise is a great vacation home if you want to get away and 
enjoy a "little bit" of paradise.  


The cost to rent this vacation home ranges from $550.00 per week to 
$750.00 per week depending on the time of year.

December Special!  Book in the month of December and receive a 
special rate of $450.00!

Low Season runs from April 23rd through December 15th and that price 
is $550.00 per week

Festive Season runs from December 16th through January 5th and that 
price is $650.00 per week

Premium Season runs from January 6th through April 23rd and that 
price is $750.00 per week.

A $500.00 deposit is required at the time you make the 
reservation.  A cleaning fee of $80.00 is also required at the time 
you send the deposit.  The cost to rent this beautiful home is due 
two weeks prior to your arrival.  

The deposit is simply held for any damages that might occur during 
your stay.  Your deposit will not be returned if you cancel.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would please inform the 
office of any damages, such as tears, burns, stains or broken 
household items upon your arrival or that occur during your stay.  
We realize that accidents do happen, but it is a lot simpler for 
everyone if these matters can be dealt with as soon as possible.
