Oct-Nov    $2000 per month
Dec-Apr    $2900 per month
May-Sept   $1900 per month

2 month minimum for monthly bookings.  
Non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
The rental balance is required in full 30 days prior to occupancy.
There is a security deposit and $100 cleaning fee.
