We rent by the week and by the month.  Our rates start at about $800
for the off-season, and $1300 in-season. Most weeks will be more.

Rates average about $2500 per month in the off-season and $3500 and up
in-season.  We sometimes offer discounts for longer stays.  

Please note that you must be 28 or older to rent the property.

We accept American Express but must pass along a modest surcharge
