Please note $300.00 Security/ Damage Deposit plus 50% of total is due 
3 days from contact to hold the reservation. Balance is due one month 
from start of rental. If you are making a reservation within the 
month the Security/ Damage Deposit , Rent and all other fees are due at the same time.

All stays include a one time cleaning fee of $75.00

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 60 days or less prior to Security Deposit is forfeited
Cancel 30 days 50% of additional monies collected are refunded
Less than 30 days prior to all collected monies forfeited.

House must be left reasonably clean with laundry and dishes washed 
and furniture in it's original location or a fee may be deducted 
from deposit. We respectfully request that you smoke outside the 
home.
