Beach Resort on charming Sanibel Island, with spectacular views of 
the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, bedroom and screened porch. 
The top photo above was taken from the B402 screened lanai.  Just 
footsteps away from each condo are a heated swimming pool (shown in 
photo below), white sandy beach, bike path to explore the island. 
The condo is a great place for a terrific vacation on Sanibel 
Island, with its beautiful shelling beaches, live theater, nature 
preserves, golf courses, tennis and delightful bike paths.

The condo is fully equipped for a great vacation. The views of the 
Gulf throughout the condo are breathtaking. B402 has a 
washer/dryer in the unit. The condo has high-speed wireless internet 
access. The kitchen has full refrigerator and stove, dishwasher, 
microwave, sink with disposal, coffee maker, etc. and all that 
you'll need to cook and dine comfortably. A pass-through counter 
between the kitchen and the dining area even let's you look at the 
Gulf while you are at the sink! The screened lanai is the width of 
the condo, and is a perfect place to dine, or relax looking at the 
beach, sea, pelicans, gulls and egrits. We also provide 2 1-speed 
bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. There are gas BBQ grills on site.
This is a non-smoking condos and pets are not permitted.

The amenities (shown in photo below) include 4 heated gulf-front 
swimming pools, BBQ grill and shuffleboard. You can uise our bikes 
or rent more bikes, sailboats, kayaks and make arrangements for 
cruises and deep sea fishing.  

Sanibel is a beautiful, casual and relaxing island, full of natural 
beauty and delightful activities. 30 miles of bike paths lead to 
shops, restaurants, beaches and wild life habitats. You can bike, 
walk, drive, canoe or kayak around the 5-mile nature trail at the J. 
N.'Ding' National Wildlife Refuge, a 5000-acre sanctuary, where you 
may see Spoonbill pelicans, herons, egrets, terns, white ibises and 
other interesting birds, as well as alligators, turtles, armadillos 
and river otters.

There is surf casting off the beach, or charter boats for tarpon, 
flounder, grouper, mackerel or redfish. Delightful cruises to other 
islands are available. The island's white sandy beaches are 
unspoiled and natural and a treasure for shelling.
