Our condo is located on the 10th floor in the East Tower. It has a 
beautiful ocean front balcony, which overlooks one of the three 
pools in our complex. 
Come and relax!  No streets to cross! Our condo is very 
comfortable and updated, for your vacation stay.

Located on Thomas Drive,you will be minutes from new restaurants, new 
Super Target which just opend at Pier Park. Of course Walmart across 
the street. Publix, Walgreens, and many more now on the back beach 
road. Pineapple Willy's is walking distance next door! You can eat 
lunch and never leave the beach! The new Jimmy Buffet 
Magaritaville has opened at Pier Park. 

Cable TV in the living room, VCR and DVD player, Full kitchen with 
dishes and cooking untensils, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, 
new refrigerator/ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Linens 
are furnished but you will need to bring your beach towels.  A queen 
bed is in the seperate bedroom. One queen sofa sleeper in living 
area. Ironing board and iron. Grills are available by the pool area.  
Washers and dryers are available on the first floor by the elevators.
Sunbird has (3) three pools. (1)is heated. 
Beach chairs/umbrella rentals on the beach. Parasailing available on 
the beach.

Golf - - - (Signal Hill is 1 block away)with many more to choose 
from.
Lighted Tennis court, Biking,cinemas,swimming,snorkeling, 
boating,watersking, parasailling,jet sking,hobie cat rentals, and 
scooter rentals. Zooworld with daily shows, Shell Island cruises, Sea 
Screamer Tours, Dolphin encounter trips, Go-karts, Monster arcades, 
Lady Anderson Dinner cruises. 

Fine dining such as Captain Anderson's, Boat Yard, Pompano's, 
Saltwater Grill, Pineapple Willy's  Bonefish Grill, Carabas' and many 
more. Many dinner and night clubs to choose from. 

Shopping at the outlet malls in Destin Fla., 30) minutes away. 
Super Walmart is across the road. Publix and Target around the 
corner.  Panama City is growing, come see for your self!
